Good Dog Foundry is run by [business name, company number, registered address]. This page explains what we collect when you order, why, and how long we keep it.

Your dog's photo

We use the photo you upload only to sculpt your ornament. Your browser removes location data from it before it's sent. We delete the photo within 30 days of upload, and delete proofs you don't order within 30 days too. Please only upload photos you took or have permission to use, and avoid photos with people in them.

Your order details

When you pay, Stripe handles your card details; we never see or store them. Stripe passes us your name, email and delivery address so we can post your ornament and email you about it. We keep order records for as long as the law requires for tax and accounting.

Who we share it with

Stripe (payments), Cloudflare (website hosting and storage) and the postal service delivering your parcel. We don't sell your data or use it for advertising.

Your rights

You can ask us for a copy of your data, to correct it, or to delete it, by emailing hello@gooddogfoundry.co.uk. You can also complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.
