Made to order

Each ornament is made from the proof you approve at checkout. We print exactly what the proof shows, allowing for the normal texture of 3D printing.

Returns

Because each ornament is personalised, the usual 14-day right to cancel doesn't apply once you've paid. If your ornament arrives damaged, or doesn't match your approved proof, email us within 30 days with a photo and we'll remake it or refund you.

Delivery

We aim to post within 3 working days of payment. During December, allow extra time; orders placed by 12 December should arrive before Christmas within the UK.

Your photo

By uploading a photo you confirm you took it or have permission to use it. We may decline photos we can't reproduce well, or that aren't suitable.
